Breanne holds a degree in Psychology and a New Jersey teaching license, with over 20 years of experience in education. As Owner of Actual Solutions, she leads operations and programming with a focus on individualized, practical support for students. Her work is grounded in both professional experience and a genuine love for working with children, along with a longstanding commitment to serving individuals with disabilities.
Breanne adores her role as a mother and finds joy in travel, adventures, and her pets!
Deonna Dellasala
Operations Manager
Deonna draws on 20 years of healthcare experience to support clients at Actual Solutions, focusing on their individual needs and well-being.
At home, she enjoys daily life with her husband and two young children, making the most of their time together.
Ashley Sheldon
Operations Manager
Ashley is a proud mom of three boys, a certified P-5 teacher, and a big believer in supporting early childhood development. She currently provides support to early intervention families, helping little ones build important skills for success.
When she’s not working, you’ll probably find her outside—hiking, exploring, or hanging out at the lake with her family.
Danielle Lichtenberg
Operations Manager
Danielle brings over a decade of executive administrative experience, supporting leaders with reliability, compassion, and attention to detail. She is passionate about advocating for individuals with special needs—a commitment that is both professional and personal. As a devoted caregiver and advocate for her special needs son, Danielle’s empathy and resilience guide her work.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, her bulldog, and attending live concerts.

Office Manager
Jess is a dedicated administrative professional with a passion for supporting educational initiatives. With over 15 years of experience in administrative roles, she brings a wealth of organizational skills and a commitment to efficiency to the education sector. She excels in multitasking and thrives in fast-paced environments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time with her family and has a passion for woodworking.
Andrea Scafuri
Marketing & Administrative Assistant
Andrea is a mother of two teenage daughters and is deeply involved in their lives. She coaches softball, teaches CCD, serves as a class parent and PTO member, and participates in community volunteer efforts alongside her family.
Outside of these activities, Andrea enjoys travel, road trips, hiking, camping, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with her family.
