Breanne, with a degree in Psychology and a NJ teaching license, brings over 20 years of experience working with students. As a former teacher in a low-income NJ district and preschool director, she’s dedicated to education and child development.
In 2017, she took on the role of leading Actual Solutions, driven by her passion for helping others and her desire to create an inclusive learning environment. Breanne’s advocacy for people with disabilities was inspired by personal experiences, fueling her commitment to making a positive impact.
Beyond her professional life, Breanne cherishes her role as a mother and finds joy in travel.
Ethel Shaver
Operations Manager
Ethel channels her passion for helping others through her diverse background in HR, health and wellness, and entrepreneurship. With a wealth of experience in human resources and seven years owning her own business, Ethel’s unique background allows her to create a supportive environment for both staff and tutors, ensuring seamless operations that promote growth and success. Outside of work, she and her husband have two little boys who keep them very busy. She also spends her spare time coaching fitness classes at a local gym.
